WORLD’S LARGEST PROVIDES SUPPORT……

The SS American Memorial Foundation receives its first major corporate endorsement that is paving the way for major improvements to the memorial grounds.

Sponsoring “DOCK OF FREEDOM”, a $75,000 capital funding campaign to build a massive 50’L X 20’W concrete (wheel chair access) boat dock, boat slips, LED lighting and paved side walk for our nation’s warriors.

The dock project will be built on the front portion of the memorial grounds river frontage (Lake Placid).  This dock will be a tremendous and much-needed asset to the grounds for everyone to use.

The Greek philosopher Cicero (lived between 106 and 43 BC) said, Dum Spiro Spero – While I breathe I hope.  Long before this, the Biblical author of the Book of Ecclesiastes (estimated between 900 and 450 BC) wrote, “He who is among the living has hope.”

People frequently complain about trials and tribulations.  When the deck seems stacked against you, it is hard to see a bright future.  I encourage you to face all trials with perseverance for as long as you live there is Hope.

Take heart from the Apostle Paul, who was himself beaten and left for dead three times and once more his enemies tried to stone him to death, who kept fighting the good fight saying, “we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit.”

Blessings,

Chap
